Roo Code 495e25042d feat: implement Vercel deployment fixes 
- Add automaticVercelMonitors: false to Next.js configs for web-evals and web-roo-code
- Create .vercelignore files to prevent accidental Vercel deployments
- Add comprehensive deployment documentation with Vercel warnings
