Roo Code 9029d56574 fix: optimize README for VS Code marketplace to prevent UI freezing 
- Create separate lightweight README.vscode.md for VS Code extension
- Replace 7.46MB animated GIF with small logo and link to full demo
- Remove contributor section with 200+ avatar images
- Update build process to use optimized README for extension
- Reduces README size from 57KB to 7.6KB (87% reduction)

This fixes the issue where VS Code freezes for 30-60 seconds when viewing
the Roo Code extension in the marketplace due to heavy markdown rendering.
