Roo Code 88b307957d feat: add minimum token requirement for intelligent condensing 
- Add minimumCondenseTokens configuration option to global settings
- Implement iterative refinement in summarizeConversation to meet minimum token requirements
- Add expandSummaryToMeetMinimum function for multi-request expansion
- Update sliding-window and Task modules to pass minimum token configuration
- Add comprehensive tests for the new functionality
- Ensure backward compatibility for existing use cases
