- Add Poe model definitions with support for GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and other models
- Implement PoeHandler using BaseOpenAiCompatibleProvider
- Add Poe to provider registry and configuration
- Support OpenAI-compatible API at https://api.poe.com/v1
