* fix: resolve diff editor issues with markdown preview associations (#4946)

- Pre-open files as text documents before executing diff command to avoid preview mode
- Update closeAllDiffViews to identify diff tabs by label pattern
- Add comprehensive tests for the new behavior

This ensures that files with custom editor associations (like markdown preview)
can be properly edited using Roo Code's diff editor tools.

* refactor: extract diff view label separator as shared constant

- Add DIFF_VIEW_LABEL_SEPARATOR constant to prevent breaking logic if string changes
- Update all usages in DiffViewProvider.ts and test file
- Addresses PR review feedback for better maintainability

* refactor: improve diff view label constant to include full text

- Rename DIFF_VIEW_LABEL_SEPARATOR to DIFF_VIEW_LABEL_CHANGES
- Include full 'Original ↔ Roo's Changes' text in constant for better maintainability
- Update all usages in DiffViewProvider.ts and test file
- Addresses feedback to make constant changes less awkward

fix: mark unused Ollama schema properties as optional (#5014) 
fix: handle null families field in Ollama model details schema

- Updated OllamaModelDetailsSchema to make families field nullable and optional
- Made all unused properties optional in Ollama schemas to prevent validation errors
- Added test cases to verify handling of null families field
- Only required properties that are actually used in the code are now mandatory
- Fixes Zod validation error when Ollama returns null for families array

* Fixes #4882: Remove experimental setting for command execution in attempt_completion

- Remove DISABLE_COMPLETION_COMMAND from experiments system
- Permanently disable command execution in attempt_completion tool
- Update tool prompts to remove command parameter and examples
- Remove experimental UI toggle and localization entries (18+ languages)
- Update tests to reflect permanent behavior
- Remove experiment-specific test file

Command execution is now permanently disabled in attempt_completion.
Users must use execute_command tool separately before attempt_completion.

* refactor: simplify getAttemptCompletionDescription by removing unnecessary variables

* test: fix tests by regenerating snaps
