fix: apply PeterDaveHello's review feedback to zh-TW translation instructions

- Removed duplicate level entry from terminology table
- Added note that Build translation depends on context
- Added separate entries for Remove (移除) and Modify (修改)
- Fixed typo in example (removed extra 歷 character)
- Simplified checklist item about checking for typos
