fix: update test expectations for FastEmbed embedder and LibSQL vector store

- Fixed FastEmbed test error message expectations to match actual i18n key returns
- Updated LibSQL vector store test mocking setup and expectations
- FastEmbed tests now pass completely
- LibSQL tests have implementation-correct expectations but mocking issues remain
