fix: handle DeepSeek API timeout for Python files with main() functions
- Add 30-second timeout for DeepSeek API initial response - Preprocess Python files to escape problematic patterns like main() and __name__ == '__main__' - Add tests for timeout handling and Python pattern preprocessing - Fixes issue #8679 where DeepSeek API would hang indefinitely on certain Python files
