test: add comprehensive tests for TaskHistoryWarning component
- Add tests for warning threshold behavior - Add tests for dismissal and localStorage persistence - Add tests for cleanup dialog and task deletion - Update translation strings to match component implementation - Fix test mocking issues with TooltipProvider wrapper
