sa-buc bf5cfd7b3b feat(lme/auto_memory): add source attribution markers with line numbers ... Add _format_history to annotate each turn with [Ln] line numbers and expose {session_file} in prompts so the agent can emit bare wikilink-style source markers like [[session/dialog/s1.jsonl#L1-L2,L5-L6]] at the end of factual entries.
