RerankerGuo 6145c568d3 fix: improve step answers to be self-contained for LLM consumers ... Closes #379 - SearchStep: show NO_RESULTS_MESSAGE or ALL_RETURNED_MESSAGE when fused results are empty, instead of returning an empty answer string - ProactiveStep: return a formatted string (with summary, topics, content) instead of a dict, so MCP consumers receive a consistent string answer - Both changes keep metadata intact for HTTP/programmatic consumers Test: not run (Python 3.11+ required, system has 3.9)		2026-07-28 16:42:59 +08:00
