Fabio Scarsi 19325320ba fix(orchestration): bound timeouts and teardown subprocess trees Ensure local shell timeouts clean up subprocess trees without breaking Windows fallback paths, raise the run_shell sanity ceiling for long tasks, and bound post-task analysis so execution cannot hang indefinitely.
