The "Fetch base branch coverage" step in ci-report.yml now: - Checks up to 5 recent successful main-branch CI runs - Catches HTTP 410 (artifact expired) and tries the next run - Gracefully sets found=false if all artifacts are expired/missing This prevents the PR Report job from failing when the most recent main-branch test-reports artifact has expired.
