Mick Cooney ed9d602e80 feat(r): capture the pkg:: qualifier on namespaced calls ... Capture the whole namespace_operator of pkg::fn() and pkg:::fn() calls as @reference.qualified-name so the qualifier reaches site.rawQualifiedName and survives the parse cache. On its own this changes no graph output: no R consumer reads the qualifier yet. SCHEMA_BUMP is incremented because warm ParsedFiles lack the new capture.		2026-10-01 13:37:58 +01:00
