Covers the group mental model, per-repo `gitnexus analyze`, the `group.yaml` schema, `group sync`, inspecting `contracts.json`, running cross-repo `impact` with `@<group>` routing, the gRPC extractor's provider/consumer signals per language, the `config.links` manifest escape hatch, and a short troubleshooting list. Wires the new page from the group-mode note in AGENTS.md. Closes #906.
