Gergo Magyar d5a0b2b941 test: update hardcoded schema-version expectations for v11 (#2604) ... call-summary-schema-version.test.ts pins INCREMENTAL_SCHEMA_VERSION as a literal per bump, documenting the reuse-gate boundary for each version.
