Gergő Magyar 36227d93d1 perf: benchmark scope resolution and remove redundant allocation (#3711) ... * fix(java): bound imported return-type propagation * fix(java): preserve inherited return types * perf: benchmark scope-resolution allocation in CI Measure all supported languages with real parsing and resolution, and require stable graphs and measured binding budgets in CI.
