Gergo Magyar c50541bd63 fix(lbug): fail-fast storage-version mismatch and unlock pool lock-retry ... Incremental analyze was warning through a version mismatch, and lock-retry sleep held the pool mutex so one analyze-locked repo blocked every other init. Fail immediately with the rebuild hint on both adapters, and sleep outside withPoolLock so other repos can open during backoff.
