Vendor tree-sitter-lua v2.1.3 grammar with N-API binding.cc (rewritten from NAN) for tree-sitter@0.21.x runtime compatibility. Parser.c regenerated with tree-sitter-cli@0.21.0 (ABI version 14). Add postinstall build script matching tree-sitter-dart pattern.
