Evan Wang 705e3c733a feat(go): implement scope resolution hooks for Go language support ... Add Go-specific scope resolution hooks (type binding, receiver binding, range binding, import decomposition, wildcard expansion, package siblings, interface implementations) as a LanguageProvider module.
