Mick Cooney 723d9c99e3 refactor(r): state the R export default in the provider, not in shared code ... rExportChecker was a shared export that only the R provider used, and it made export-detection.ts differ from upstream for a function that returns true. ObjectiveC already writes the same checker inline.
