Mick Cooney b9f30c23d8 test(r): size the argument-scaling guard so the small run is measurable ... The ratio guard divided by a 15 ms floor on the small run, so shapes whose small run took 1 to 2 ms (comments before the naming argument) could hide a quadratic regression that cost less than 150 ms at 8,000 arguments. The small size now doubles from 2,000 until its fastest run lasts 20 ms, and the large run stays four times that size, so the ratio is taken between runs long enough to measure.
