Ships the second main -> main-aptos sync (PR #2697): upstream main
89bbdcf5 merged with schema unified at v16, aggregated scope-resolution
warnings + progress-bar-safe logging, streamed-emit retain-list covering
the aptos-side ENTRY_POINT_OF/IMPORTS readers, grouped skill-rename
notices, and the 512 MiB pool floor preserved.
Version pins move in lock-step: package.json, plugin manifests (auto via
sync-plugin-manifests), eval runtime mount.
v16 forces one full re-analyze on existing indexes from either channel.
