5535df854d fix(review): keep notebook JSON coordinates and extract once 
Review findings: last-wins cells arrays, source-string line anchors, skip cells without source, reuse worker extraction for scope captures, and fail closed in embeddings.

020bf6e4dc fix(review): keep notebook graph lines aligned with JSON 
Join cells so tree-sitter rows match segment maps, remap CFG and
scope captures from 1-based extract lines, and highlight .ipynb as JSON.

d2acefe016 feat: index Jupyter notebooks as Python via code-cell extraction 
Extract .ipynb code cells in-process (Vue-style) and parse them with the
existing Python provider so notebook functions and imports join the graph
without executing kernels. Fixes #3371.
