fix(lua): fix Dockerfile scanner false positive and ingestion-utils test

Reword require(...) in query.ts comment to avoid Dockerfile static
scanner false positive. Remove .lua from the unsupported extension list
in ingestion-utils test since EXTENSION_MAP now registers it.
