feat: detect SwiftUI navigation patterns and create NAVIGATES_TO edges

Add regex-based detection for NavigationLink, .sheet, .fullScreenCover,
.navigationDestination, and TabView navigation patterns in Swift files.
Creates NAVIGATES_TO edges between SwiftUI View structs in the graph.
