fix(skills): remove gitnexus- prefix from skill frontmatter names

Browse source 
Skill names should match folder names since the plugin namespace
(gitnexus:) already provides context. Avoids redundant display like
gitnexus:gitnexus-cli → now gitnexus:cli.
