Subject: [PATCH] fix: restore package-lock.json to match upstream tree-sitter
 versions

The previous commit included a stale package-lock.json with old
tree-sitter versions (0.22.x) that didn't match package.json
requirements (0.25.x), causing `npm ci` to fail in CI.
