test(cursor-hook): accept either quote style in the -s KILL assertions

Browse source 
CI runs prettier before vitest, which normalizes the wrapped spawnSync
arguments to single quotes; the double-quoted substring assertions then
fail on all platforms. Match both quote styles instead.
